Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the HCraft website, waitlist, accounts, and software experiences related to CNC photo engraving and project preparation.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using HCraft, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of the service
HCraft provides software and related website features for preparing, previewing, and exporting CNC-oriented project outputs, including image processing, machining parameters, previews, work instructions, and similar maker workflow tools.
We may add, remove, or change features over time, including beta and pre-release functionality.
3. Accounts
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use HCraft in violation of applicable law or third-party rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts;
- interfere with the operation, integrity, or security of the product;
- upload malicious code, harmful files, or misleading content;
- resell, copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the service beyond what is permitted by law or your license;
- use the service to generate outputs for unlawful, infringing, or dangerous activity.
5. User content
You retain ownership of the content you upload or create using HCraft, subject to the rights needed for us to operate the service. By using HCraft, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, store, and transmit your content only as needed to provide the product and related support.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights needed for any files, images, or designs you upload or generate.
6. Outputs and machining responsibility
HCraft may generate previews, settings suggestions, worklists, setup sheets, and machine-ready exports. These outputs are tools to assist your workflow, not guarantees of safety, compatibility, or suitability for any specific machine, material, environment, or commercial use.
You remain responsible for reviewing generated outputs, validating your parameters, confirming machine safety, and operating equipment responsibly.
7. Fees and subscriptions
Some HCraft features may be free, while others may require payment, subscription, or limited-access licensing. If paid plans are offered, pricing, billing terms, renewal rules, and cancellation details will be presented at the time of purchase.

9. Availability and changes
We work to keep HCraft available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend access, perform maintenance, or modify features at any time, including for security, legal, or product reasons.
10. Disclaimer
